Previously, Dr. Brewer served as a Clinical Associate Professor in Psychiatry and an Adjunct Clinical Associate Professor in Surgery at the University of Illinois College of Medicine. He has designed and led physician-patient communication workshops, consulted on disruptive behaviors, and contributed to curriculum development in clinical education.
